Carl joins us as Sales Coordinator and the New ROBOT on the Block. Prior to joining ROBOT Creative, Carl worked with the O'Bryant Team at Town & Country Mortgage as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer and Marketing Director.
As Marketing Director, Carl coordinated marketing and sales efforts by streamlining communication during the loan process and developing automated marketing and customer retention programs. One of his strongest attributes is the ability to increase lead conversion and customer retention through the use of automated campaigns and verbal scripting techniques.
As Sales Coordinator, Carl plans to turn ROBOT’s sales processes into a well-oiled machine by coordinating sales communication and database management. He will also be in charge of referral programs and retention programs.
Carl is currently completing his degree in Communications. When he’s not studying, Carl loves to travel and has visited close to 20 countries on 4 different continents. His crowning achievement while traveling was jumping from the world’s second highest commercial bungee (216M, approx. 730 feet) from the Bloukrans Bridge in South Africa. He hopes to travel to New Zealand soon to tackle the highest in the world at over 1000 feet.
